We're excited to get your Loopling kit into your hands so you can start creating! Here's everything you need to know about shipping.
π Shipping (United States Only)
We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii!
Shipping Rates
Our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order.
Rates will be calculated automatically at checkout based on:
- Total weight of your items
- Your shipping address
π FREE SHIPPING on orders over $40!
Shipping times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after your order ships
Delivery times are estimates based on USPS/carrier schedules and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other delays outside our control.
π International Shipping
We do not currently ship internationally. We hope to expand shipping options in the future!
US territories: We ship to US territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Shipping rates and times may vary.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
- You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
- During busy seasons (holidays, sales), processing may take up to 5 business days

Once your order ships, you'll receive:
- Shipping confirmation emailΒ with your tracking number
- Tracking linkΒ to monitor your package's journey
- Estimated delivery date
Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Sending a Loopling kit as a gift? We've got you covered!
- Kits arrive beautifully packaged and gift-ready
- No prices or invoices included in the package
- Want to include a gift message? Add it in the "Order Notes" at checkout
- Need it shipped directly to the recipient? Just enter their address as the shipping address!
π¬ P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses
P.O. Boxes: Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS!
Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO): Yes! We're happy to ship to military addresses.

Stocking up for a classroom, craft group, or event?
- Orders of 10+ kits may qualify for special pricing or shipping discounts

π¦ Package Not Received?
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:
- Check with neighbors or household membersΒ - sometimes packages are left with them
- Look around your propertyΒ - carriers may leave packages in safe spots (porches, garages, mailrooms)
- Wait 24 hoursΒ - sometimes tracking updates before actual delivery
- Contact usΒ atΒ help@littleloopcompany.comΒ - we'll help you file a claim with the carrier
If your package is lost or stolen:
- We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate
- Once confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund (your choice!)
π¦ Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photosΒ of the damaged box and contents

- Your order number
- Photos of the damage
- Description of any missing or damaged items
- We'll send a replacement right awayΒ at no cost to you!
π« Undeliverable / Returned Packages
If your package is returned to us due to:
Incorrect address provided:
- We'll contact you to confirm the correct address
- You'll be responsible for reshipping costs (calculated by weight)
Refused delivery:
- Refund will be issued minus original shipping costs
Unclaimed package:
- If you don't pick up your package and it's returned to us, reshipping fees will apply
