🧶 Crochet Kits

Returns Accepted: Yes, within 30 days of delivery
Conditions:
  • Kit must be unopened and in resellable condition
  • All components must be intact and unused
  • Original packaging required
Refund: Full refund to original payment method once we receive the returned kit
Return Shipping: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective

🧸 Finished Plushies (Ready-Made Looplings)

Returns Accepted: Yes, within 14 days of delivery
Conditions:
  • Original tag must still be attached
  • Item must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition
  • No signs of use or damage
Refund: Full refund to original payment method once we receive the returned item
Return Shipping: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective

🎨 Custom Orders & Personalized Items

Returns: Not accepted
Why? Custom and personalized items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
Exceptions: If your custom order arrives damaged or significantly different from what was agreed upon, please contact us immediately and we'll work with you to make it right.
